Diet also plays an important role when it comes to hair care. It is important to have a proper diet that is rich in vitamins and nutrients like iron, zinc, omega-3, etc. However, it is not directly the main cause for the hair fall, it can be up to some extent.
Include fruits and vegetables rich in vitamins and minerals to keep the body with fibers and proteins. Include more nuts and eat fresh and healthy food.
During summers, you must drink enough water and avoid dehydration. Dehydration can also cause hair to get brittle and break leading to hair fall. We sweat a lot during the summers, hence it is important to keep yourself hydrated by drinking lot of water.

You can rather use natural techniques to style your hair, like braiding your hair to get curls. If using styling tools, always use a heat protecting spray or product. But, the best solution is to not use heat styling tools at all to protect your hair from damage.
