Easy and Healthy Avocado Toast Recipe

Avocado toast is one of the most popular breakfast dishes out there right now. I have always wanted to try it for myself and see what the hype was all about. I finally tried and have been loving it ever since. And to top it off, it is also very healthy for you as avocado is full of fiber, potassium, vitamin C, and healthy fats that help with cholesterol also. I know many people hate it but it is all about everyone’s personal taste buds. This is quick simple and easy recipe which I personally use and I hope you like it… 

HEALTHY AVOCADO TOAST RECIPE:

Ingredients:

  • 1 ripe Avocado
  • 1 tbsp. fresh lemon juice
  • Salt & Pepper
  • Slices of bread
  • Chilli Flakes
  • Cilantro (for garnish)

Directions:

  1. In a bowl, mash the avocado nicely.
  2. Add lemon juice, salt, pepper, and chili flakes.
  3. Toast your bread slices.
  4. Spread the mixture evenly across the toasted bread slice and sprinkle some chopped cilantro and chili flakes over the top. 

Voila! Here you go, breakfast is served… you can even have it for lunch or dinner 😉
